The ponds/bogs look great, the waterfalls are what we intended and never quite achieved, and we met some wildlife we didn’t know we had–esp the salamander and snapping turtle. Work was done efficiently, artistically, at the agreed price, and on time. Major kudos on the great videography and especially to the guys who did the “real work.”

I Highly recommend this company. The absolute best customer service ever. Mike and his team member did an outstanding job cleaning and repairing my ponds. Mike answered all of our questions in detail. You can see the compassion they had while caring for the ponds. I had my initial call with Andrew and I was super excited for Premier ponds to come out. My advise to anyone looking for excellent service call Premier Pond. They aim to please.

We struggled with the pond at this commercial property for years. Every solutions had failed; the water was never clear and the plants failed. Until Premier Ponds came up with a solution, which required re-configuring how the pond operated, and involved some expense. We decided to trust them and went for their proposal, and we could not be happier. The pond water is totally clear and remains so a year after the original project completion. It has never looked better!

VERY BEST pond service I have ever had. Took apart the entire workings of my pond, cleaned and made sure they worked. Made suggestions for me, but did not try to sell me anything. Probably the most efficient company I’ve ever worked with. They say what they are going to do–and do it. I was on a work call when they arrived, but the technician (TJ) set up a system to drain the pond, so when I came outside, I was amazed at how much was accomplished in the short amount of time. Then, he went about his work and got our pond (dormant for 7 years) up and running! We were so excited. Highly recommended!

I highly suggest hiring the guys at Premier Ponds to build your dream pond! I had long wanted natural swimming pool or a pond in my yard for both my benefit and the birds and bees that visit my yard. My area is awash with mosquitos, so I was, additionally, wanting to attract and retain a healthy population of dragonflies. I first worked over the phone with Andrew to discuss the size and options. He was extremely friendly and answered any followup questions I had over the next few weeks. The before and after pictures as well as videos they have on their website were also really helpful, and gave me an idea of what to expect. Andrew set up an appointment with TJ who became the project manager for my pond. TJ came over and walked me through a visual of the size and shape of the pond, the features that would be installed, etc. It really helped to see it marked out on the lawn. TJ and his team did an amazing job in some of the most relentless heat of the summer to build the pond out. Some of the stones they moved into place are humongous! One of the guys even did research to find out what pond plants are most attractive to dragonflies and that’s what they brought over! The pond with its natural shape, varying stone, gentle waterfall, and plantings already looks like it has been there forever! TJ walked me through the basic maintenance I need to do and I’ve opted to have Premier Ponds do the twice a year service to keep the pond in tip top shape. The best bonus of all, is that within a week of installation, I had both orange and blue dragonflies that took up residence and eviscerated the mosquito population! I’m calling that a win!

We have been dealing with Premier Ponds for 6 years since we moved into our current house which included a lovely fish pond. It was our first experience with a pond and they have always been there to advise us and solve any problems which would crop up. They do a fabulous job of cleaning the rocks and replanting the pond pots and they offer friendly service anytime we call. We have recommended them to several neighbors who are as pleased with them as we are.

ARTISTRY: Came home to our completed projects earlier today: a natural stone wall around a grouping of trees AND a beautiful stream (including two waterfalls) alongside our entryway. When I spoke to Mike last week, he said he was looking forward to “blowing us away” with these projects. I thought it was slightly dangerous to be setting the bar so high, yet when I walked up my driveway earlier today I was greeted by an amazing WORK OF ART. We are beyond pleased; blown away! I knew my wife would have a similar reaction and I caught that on video. I asked, “0 to 10?” and she answered “Eleven!” We can’t stop gazing at it. And we’re as excited to share it with our friends and family as we are to sit on our porch and soak it all in every chance we get. We are amazed at the attention to detail and thoughtfulness that makes it: 1) stunning from every possible angle, 2) balances textures both day and night, and 3) creates a look that is exactly like what you might find in nature. FRIENDLY, SKILLED PROFESSIONALS: The entire crew at Premier Ponds are nothing short of true artists. They guided us to make the best choices right from the start, brought amazing vision and passion to our yard, and did so with the perfect balance of professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness … EVERYONE on the crew deserves major kudos. Premier Ponds designed and installed our pond 6 years ago, and it looks as great now as it did when it was installed. Premier has incredible service and takes great pride in their work. The quality of workmanship shows in everything they do. They are very thorough in maintenance and recommendations for care and cleaning of our pond. Premier Ponds is just the best! They reworked a troublesome pond and turned it into a beautiful focal point for my garden. The work was performed efficiently and very professionally. Clean-up was perfect! They even brought in a beautiful piece of driftwood to accent my pond, which was a nice surprise. This would have to be one of the best local water feature installing team! Andrew was swift, considerate, knowledgeable and responsive end-to-end. And Mike was all that, plus, very skilled at his artistry; passionate about his work, courteous, sweet and kind. Richard rocks, too! TJ who services our little pond is very knowledgeable : he identified a problem we had with our old pond which no other company was able to solve during the first half an hour of his visit. Premie Ponds reconstructed our water feature and it is superior in so many ways to our previous water feature. Premier Ponds which is family owned is a a great example what profesional should look like! Have plans to work with them on a yearly contract from now on! Best ratings I’ve given in any review !

Premier Ponds put in a large pond for us four years ago. We enjoy the pond every day and wish we had not waited so long to get one. The owners and staff are very personable, creative and responsive. They made our experience inclusive and fun! Our pond was customized to fit our landscape and looks very natural. We love it!!! Our neighbors of all ages love to visit the pond, feed the fish, take pictures, etc. Two years ago, we had Premier Ponds install a basalt fountain in a front garden. The fountain lights up at night and we enjoy it all year round. In the winter, it has gorgeous ice formations. Thank you Steve, Andrew, Mike, TJ and Nick for helping us add these beautiful enhancements to our landscaping!

Not “good quality”, but “GREAT” quality. Our townhouse backyard is now a highlight in our daily life. The sound of the waterfall, the growth of our fish, the blooming water lily, our frogs. The whole scene draws us daily to enjoy the wonderful landscaped setting. Premier Ponds the best.

No job is two small for Premier Ponds! I have two very tiny ponds with beautiful little water falls installed by Premier – They have given us so much pleasure – not only are they beautiful to look at but the gentle splashing is mesmerizing.
