9 Easy Steps Towards Your Dream Water Feature

Step 1. Get In Touch With Us

Fill out our form and let us know what you want your water feature to look like. Pictures are helpful for us to get a more accurate idea of your ideal pond or pondless waterfall. We’re here to answer any questions or uncertainties you may have and offer you clarity.

Step 2. Phone Consultation

We’ll get back to you with a phone call to discuss your project in more detail and schedule next steps. We’ll let you know what to expect in the following days. Your well-being is our priority, so we want to make sure you’re always informed about our progress and happy with the way the project unfolds.

Step 3. On-Site Assessment

We’ll come to your home to inspect your site. If you already own a water feature, we’ll perform an Exploratory Drain And Clean prior to any other work. We’ll then set the timeline and budget of your project, and once you agree, we’ll be able to move to the next phase of our process. Our assessment fee is $500 and may change based on the complexity of your project.

Step 4. Pre-Job Walkthrough

We’ll do a pre-job walk-through together and introduce you to our team. You’ll get to know us better and understand how each member contributes to bringing your dream water feature to life. We’ll also have a more in-depth discussion to help us better understand your vision. We make sure every decision reflects your needs and wants.

Step 5. We Work Our Magic

We use our craftsmanship and skill to give you a custom water feature perfect for you. You and your family will be able to spend more peaceful moments outdoors, enjoying the healing benefits of your water feature. We’ll continue to keep you updated throughout the entire process of building your dream pond.

Step 6. Post-Job Walkthrough

We’ll have a final walkthrough together to make sure we left no stone unturned. We want to make sure you’re happy with our work so we can’t wait to hear what you think about the end result. We’ll use this time to educate you on the best way to keep your pond healthy going forward. You’ll get our pond “owner’s manual” to help you with proper instructions on how to properly care for your water feature.

Step 7. Love Your Upgraded Outdoor Space

Your newly built water feature adds movement to your landscape and enhances the entire look of your property. You can now step outside in a paradise of nature and soothing sounds. Your stress and worries will disappear once you sit by your pond and enjoy its calming effects.

Step 8. Warranty

You benefit from a one-year warranty on your pond and we also offer a two-year warranty on the equipment. In case anything unexpected happens within that timeframe, we’ll come to your site to fix it immediately. You only get our best so that you can enjoy the experience of owning a water feature to the fullest.

Step 9. Follow-Up

Nothing’s more important to us than your well-being. That’s why we follow up in three days, three weeks, and three months – to make sure your pond is in perfect shape.   Premier Ponds was the only company willing to rebuild our original concrete pond, and they did an outstanding job. Jake, Sam, and Michael were all professional, knowledgeable, and great communicators. They showed us design options as they worked — even building part of the waterfall so we could choose between one cascade or two. We did have an issue with the initial build, but Premier handled it exactly the way you hope a company would. They took everything apart, found the problem, and rebuilt the pond at their expense. Mike, the owner, supervised the second build and made several aesthetic improvements, and the pond is now the best version it’s ever been. It’s holding water perfectly.   Three years ago we purchased a home that came with three koi ponds. We quickly realized our largest pond was having significant issues with water retention, and our waterfall had turned in to a geyser. Matthew and his crew came out that first year and helped us get everything stabilized, and redesigned and rebuilt our waterfall. Each year since, they’ve been out to clean and make additional updates to our ponds. This year Matthew and co completely renovated our third pond bringing it from a small, shallow mess to a stunning 3.5’ deep habitat for our youngest fish puppies. I know it’s a trek for them to come all the way down to Manassas, but we have been beyond pleased with every aspect of our experience with Premier Ponds and we cannot say enough good things about them.   If your searching for a company to install your water feature, stop your search and choose Premier Ponds. They are an absolutely AMAZING company!!! I started my search with 4 different pond companies. It did not take me long to know that Premier Ponds was the company for us. The journey starts with Andrew the owner. Andrew from the very start, returned my text messages and emails IMMEDIATELY!!! This means alot to me, unlike the other companies that either took forever to respond or didn't respond at all. I also spoke with Andrew several times on the phone. He made sure that I understood everything that was going to happen with our project and made sure to answer any and all questions that we had. Next step in the process was Mike, field engineer, coming out to our house. Mike is a very nice and knowledgeable gentleman  that explained the entire procedure and made sure that we understood EXACTLY what was going to happen again answering any and all questions that we had. Finally the crew, Supervised by Kevin came out to do the Job. The crew was a group of VERY hard working , respectable young men that not only paid attention to staying on track with our project , but also kept our yard AND house very clean and clutter free. Kevin is a true Artist!!! He made our front yard look truly amazing with his attention to detail. Kevin and his crew basically took a part of nature and brought it to the front of our house.   I  was referred to Premier Ponds from another company who gave them high marks as they did not service my area. Andrew was responsive from beginning to the end of the process.  His professional demeanor and friendly communication provided a level of comfort and trust in dealing with the company.  Roger, Sam and Joe were professional, friendly and conscientious in performing the initial review of the work that needed to be done, and actual performance thereof.   Had the team of Roger, Joe and Jake. I was noticing the water level go down in pond consistently for a couple of weeks. I called Premier to tell them, we had a great discussion and first step was to send the crew to clean and look for the issue. The team arrived did a fantastic job of cleaning the pond. Including removing many roots that were pushing the liner down. They also did a great job and noticed a part of the pump probably needed to be swapped out. After they did the cleaning and repair the leak has stopped. Wonderful experience will use them again and recommend you choose them if looking.

  We have been using Premier Ponds for almost 2 years and we couldn't be more pleased. We bought a home that had a pond and had no idea how to take care of it. We contacted Premier Ponds and spoke with Andrew who listened to our questions and we were told they would be more than happy to help us. We set up an appointment with Sam who came out and took a comprehensive exam of our pond, answered all of our questions and made suggestions. He did not pressure us into anything.  It was apparent he wanted to educate us.  After discussing everything he had explained we decided to try them out.  We started with a basic cleaning and wanted to see what we could do on our own after that to maintain the pond.  Sam was open to that and made recommendations of how WE could take care of our pond. We realized after the first year we wanted Premier Ponds to do a yearly maintenance on our pond as it was more involved than we realized at the time. We are very happy with our decision.   When we researched a pond system company, we were initially very nervous, and then so fortunate to have picked Premiere Ponds which had the best website, testimonials, and quality. Premiere Ponds designed a new biofalls system that solvedl a structural probem in our existing system. They provided multiple options to solve and create our pond. Our pond system is crystal clear, beautiful with plants, and the koi love their new home and ecosystem.   Premier Ponds did a great job fixing our leaking pond. The water level was low enough to expose several inches of the plastic liner and the water was not level with the surrounding flagstones. They came up with a great solution, and the end result is fantastic. Great crew - knowledgeable, exacting - true pond artisans.   Premier Ponds has been my trusted partner  in servicing and maintaining my pond for the past 22 years.  On Friday late afternoon my pond pump failed.  I spoke with Roger about my issue and concerns for my fish.  Roger said the schedule was full, but he would be willing to come  on Sunday morning.   After diagnosing the situation and pulling the pump, Roger pulled leaves and mulch from the pump filter.   A few more diagnostic tests and the the pond was back in working order.   Thank you Premier Ponds!  Thank you Roger!   I highly recommend Premier Ponds - truly a dependable and reliable partner.
